I bought a pack, but it's not on my new phone.
Open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
Can my family use packs I bought?
Packs are tied to the Apple ID or Google account that bought them. Where the store's family sharing is available for Flipside, your family group can use them too; they may need to tap Restore purchases once.
Does Flipside work without internet?
Yes. Every pack you own plays completely offline. You only need a connection to buy a new pack.
How do I keep score?
In any deck, tap the … menu, then Keep Score. Add 2 to 6 players or teams, and after each answer tap whoever got it right. Want a preview? Try it in the web demo.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes: Settings, then Text size, or the … menu inside a deck. Flipside also follows your device's text size.
I think an answer is wrong.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through the store. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request it from your Google Play order history.
Does Flipside collect my data?
No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Our privacy policy spells out exactly what the app handles, and how to ask us to remove the anonymous purchase record.
